Sprinkle Engineering was created in May 2024 by Matt Sprinkle. The goal of Sprinkle Engineering is to provide the land development community with competent, knowledgeable and professional civil engineering consulting service. Our philosophy is to have a “partnership” role with clients. This requires an understanding of what the purpose and goals are for what is being developed at the site. Knowing what will be important to the people using the developed site, whether it be employees, customers, guests, families, or anyone else, the design should incorporate elements that will provide a positive experience for the end user.

Matt has 20 years of experience working in different consulting roles serving the East Tennessee area. As the civil engineer of record of over one hundred projects, including many well known high profile projects, Matt has the expertise and knowledge to help navigate the unique challenges of any project.
